UFI decoder
A UFI decoder reads the 16-character Unique Formula Identifier printed on a hazardous mixture's label and returns the company identifier and formulation number it was generated from. It runs in your browser; nothing is sent to a server. It cannot tell you whether the mixture has been notified.
The UFI you enter never leaves the browser.

Frequently asked questions
Can I look up all the UFIs a company has filed?
No. A UFI is computed from a VAT number or company key and a formulation number the company chose, and it is not stored in any public list. Notifications live inside ECHA's systems. The decoder only reads the parts of a code you paste into it.
